Ospitalitta is an independent editorial guide, not a registered company. Contact: nick@ospitalitta.com.

02 · What we collect

• Your email address, only when you choose to subscribe (waitlist or "notify me when it's ready" forms).
• Your interest selection (for example: wine tourism, a guide for Vlorë, another city) when you tell us on a form.

We do not collect sensitive data, and we do not ask for more than the above.

03 · Why we use it

• To send you the updates you signed up for (new guides, articles, wine tourism, city launches).
• To understand how many people are interested in a topic or city, so we know what to build next.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it any time.

04 · How it is stored and shared

• Your email is stored securely in our database, hosted by Supabase, who processes it on our behalf.
• We currently only collect your email so we can notify you when something you asked about is ready. We do not yet send regular marketing emails. If that changes, we will use a dedicated email provider and you will always be able to unsubscribe.
• We never sell your data, and share it only with the service providers needed to operate the site.

05 · How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that we remove your email from our active list.

06 · Your rights

You can at any time:

• Unsubscribe using the link in any email.
• Ask us to show, correct, or delete your data by emailing nick@ospitalitta.com.

For visitors in the EU/EEA, these are your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability).

07 · Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

08 · Children

This guide is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

09 · Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
